New Hiring Increases VAI Workforce to Expand Product Development and Service New Business

Ronkonkoma, N.Y. – April 14, 2021 – VAI, a leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software developer, announced it has been on an active hiring path, increasing its total workforce over the past six months with an upward hiring trajectory expected through 2021. This significant hiring need resulted from strong sales in new customer activity and ongoing product development. Most new roles have been added to the technology and software development areas at VAI and its subsidiary, VAI Cloud, and in programming, training, helpdesk/tech support, desktop support, and the EDI and analytics departments.

As the VAI workforce largely shifted remotely in the spring and throughout 2020, employees continued to support customers and product development in 100% real-time and continues at this pace today. In addition to new ERP product placements and upgrades, VAI continues to support customers through product development from new versions of its S2K software throughout the mobile, cloud, analytics, and portal environments. The company also maintains a strong support structure for its client base.

Future plans for the workforce, whether remote, onsite, or hybrid, will include an expansion in the development, testing, implementation, and training of the company’s cloud-based ERP product lines, S2K Enterprise, S2K Food, and S2K Pharma, all of which include financial, distribution, manufacturing, and retail applications as well as cross industry applications such as warehouse, analytics, sales force, ebusiness, mobile, and marketing automation.
